Shipping
When you purchase a watch from World of Fine Watches, we email you the shipping tracking number so that you can track your package. You can track your package by clicking on the Fedex image at the bottom of our website pages and entering your tracking number, or by going to www.fedex.com. We know that shipping is important to you so please contact us if you have any questions about shipping that are not answered below.
We ship all packages via Federal Express. We pack the watches in their new original box with foam protection. World of Fine Watches will take every measure possible to ensure that your watch and box arrives in the best possible condition and in a timely manner. All packages shipped via World of Fine Watches are fully insured against loss, theft & damage during transit. Although FedEx does not insure watches above $500, all packages are covered by an independent 3rd party insurance company.
We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Order processing takes an average of three business days.
Payment & Taxes
We accept checks, bank wire transfers, visa/mastercard, and payments through paypal. Please note that for our customers' protection we process all payments manually. Once you confirm your order, a customer support representative will contact you to arrange payment. All funds must be verified before we will ship items sold.
On international orders, we only accept bank wire transfers. Customers located outside the United States should contact customer support to arrange wire transfers.
All items shipped within California will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
Return Policy & Exchanges (Refunds)
We trust that you will be pleased with your purchase so we've made returning items easy. Watches can be returned within 10 days for a refund, as long as they are unworn. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus $75 shipping fee. Watches that have been worn cannot be returned. Please note that special orders cannot be returned.
